What is Kokoro?

It can be translated to:  mind, spirit, heart, will, feeling, intention, thought, or core. Usually mind or heart is used, and in reference to the true nature and intention of human spirit. It refers to the core of the human being. It is believed that if the core of the individual's personality is not truly involved in an action taken by the human being, then that action is doomed to failure. But if the person's Kokoro is projected into action, then success is ascertained and nothing is impossible.

My practice encompasses a wide array of support for concerns: mood disorders, work/life balance, sports performance, and life events. The key to our success is understanding the connection between mind and body and the intertwined effects.  My experience has allowed me to provide support to young children to older adults for the past 20 years. I have been doing online therapy for the past two years and enjoy providing support using this platform for our busy lives. I am also fluent in Spanish and am bi-cultural.
